Upstate New York native Marissa Miller started her brand, That Matters Mama, with the goal to empower parents during pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. That Matters Mama aims to help parents realize the strength they have within themselves, to understand their options when it comes to birth, to encourage parents to advocate for themselves and their children, to validate their struggles, and to help people celebrate these milestones. All products are made by hand in her home in upstate New York. The affirmation cards are printed on high quality, heavy earth-friendly card stock made using by-products from citrus fruits and other recycled paper.
