Space/Event Rentals

 

 

 

Looking for a sweet, nurturing location to host a child's birthday? a baby shower? special playtime with friends? a moms' retreat? host a workshop? Come visit our newly freshened up space at Play Hollow.

With our expanding collection of wooden toys and structures, sensory exploration/arts and craft area, and magnetic play wall, Play Hollow is here to provide a beautiful space for children to play, for caregivers to come together and support each other, and to celebrate the coming together of our community.

Package Options Price/Description

Parties and Events

Base Package

$75/hour with a 2 hour minimum booking

  • Includes an additional half-hour for set-up and a half-hour for clean-up. 
  • Includes all materials regularly present in the play room (toys, books, scarves, wooden play structures, etc.). Additional tables and chairs available upon request.
  • You are allowed to bring in your own food/drinks (no peanut or raw egg products of any kind are allowed).

Child Activity Add-On:

Arts and Crafts

$99/30 minutes during the event

Enjoy a thoughtfully designed activity for up to 10 participants made especially with your party theme and child in mind!  With a week's notice and notification of theme - an experienced instructor will provide:  

  • An engaging book reading themed to your party!
  • An art or craft project using non-toxic materials to create a party souvenir to bring home.
  • All materials and non-toxic paints provided by Play Hollow.
Child Activity Add-On:

Sensory Bin Play 

  

 $75/30 minutes during the event

Enjoy a thoughtfully designed activity for up to 10 participants made especially with your party theme and child in mind! With a week's notice and notification of theme - an experienced instructor will provide:  

  • An engaging book reading themed to your party!
  • A sensory bin experience themed to your party using non-toxic materials for kids to play with during the event.
  • All materials provided by Play Hollow.

Child Activity Add-On:

Wishing Jars

$150/45 minutes during the event

A wishing jar with special glitter and surprises to shake and observe makes for a fun activity to share with friends that they can bring home! With a week's notice and notification of theme -  an experienced instructor will provide:  

  • An engaging book reading themed to your party!
  • Wishing jars with pick-and-choose items inside that up to 10 participants create together customized to your party's theme.
  • All materials provided by Play Hollow.

Child Activity Add-On:

Sensory Bin Play and Take-Home Kits

$180/45 minutes during the event

Want a fun activity to bring home? Let's make it sensory! With a week's notice and notification of theme and children's ages -  an experienced instructor will provide:  

  • An engaging book reading themed to your party!
  • Sensory bins customized to your party's theme for little ones to enjoy.
  • A mini on-the-go sensory party favor for up to 10 participants customized to your party's theme.
  • All materials and kits provided by Play Hollow.

 

Upon booking, a $75 deposit is due to secure your event date/time. Day of your event, the rest of your rental fee (plus any add-on fees if applicable) are due.
