Winter Wonder Camp

Dates: Monday February 21st through Thursday February 24th

Groups:

• 3 - 4 years old - 9 to 10:30 AM
• 5 - 7 years old - 11 to 12:30 PM
• 8 - 10 years old - 2:30 to 4 PM

Come join us at Play Hollow for a unique camp series with a focus on sensory exploration and functional life skills.  Led by Amber Chaves OTL/R and Natalia Martinez MS, CCC-SLP, children will have the opportunity to engage in multiple activities throughout the week designed to stimulate children’s development of social language, visual/perceptual skills, and fine motor/sensory motor abilities.  Children will engage in collaborative projects as well as open-ended play with moments to pause and reflect. 

The morning sessions will focus on Fire and Ice, where science-based concepts, crafts, and lessons will lead our learning journey.  For the afternoon session, our theme will be Forest Friends, where children will participate on a week-long project, learning about animals and creating a small habitat/terrarium filled with wonder and magic.
