Mindfulness and Movement for Kids
4 sessions - Wednesdays 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16 from 4:15 to 5 PM
For children 3 to 5 years old.
Let's learn about our magnificent and amazing brains! In this class series, we will learn age-appropriate brain function and introduce some key players who give us the ability to make great choices and live healthy and happy lives.
Students will learn the importance of exercising their brains and bodies and how mindfulness practices and movement can be very helpful tools. This class will be fun and active!
