Infinity Breathing Board
A beautifully crafted infinity board, designed to help children practice their breathing techniques. As your child traces around the left side they inhale and then as they move to the right side they exhale. They can do this with their finger or by pushing a small wooden ball around the board. Breathing boards are a brilliant way to help your child practice the art of mindfulness and gratitude.
Taking a few minutes out of their day to sit with their board and trace the rainbow lines can really help them refocus and keep calm. It's also a great resource to use with children who suffer from anxiety or overwhelm.
Handcrafted from solid beech wood and finished in a natural raw oil. One small wooden ball is included - Caution age 3+ as small parts are a choking hazard.
